Youth Film Festival & Four River Film Festival

In addition to showcasing high school films in its competition program, the festivals are well known for their rich accompanying activities, which highlight the work of high school students year after year: workshops, panel discussions, excursions, live music performances, and more. The festivals also boast the most beautiful cinema venues in the world – the banks of Karlovac’s four rivers. Four festival nights, four rivers – each evening takes place on a different river. The physical edition brings together over 200 high school students and their teachers, and draws as many as 5,000 visitors, while the digital reach exceeds 400,000 people.
