"The film is inspired by a short story by Miljenko Jergović about a Jewish princess from 1943 who wished to become invisible. In the second part of the film, we follow a tour guide who, at the end of 2006, “explains” the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin. He speaks English, recounting scandals and anecdotes related to the monument’s erection, entertaining tourists who mostly laugh throughout the visit. The film includes an excerpt from Miljenko Jergović’s novel Ruta Tannenbaum."
