Tonight

The film captures Zagreb over the course of a single night, portraying the city without the direct presence of people – yet their existence is subtly felt in every frame. Divided into three parts, the film explores the nocturnal city through varied visual approaches, examining nighttime Zagreb with static vistas, dynamic sequences, and abstract imagery. The camera records familiar locations in a transformed nocturnal atmosphere, moves through the city’s traffic flows, and follows shadows, stray dogs, and plays of light, evoking a sense of pulsating and mysterious urbanity.
