Such a Wonderful Day

"Early autumn. Two men walk through a forest that skillfully merges the green veil of summer with the brown hues heralding the coming fall. They don’t follow a trail or a marked path, but the way ahead is clear enough for them to walk side by side. The atmosphere of the forest – its colors, sounds, and freshness – inspires and invites conversation. Their topics are familiar; the exchange is easy and pleasant. They play with details that prompt further discussion. Even when they fail to recognize a detail or two, the conversation flows on undisturbed. The script for this short fiction film, originally titled Miholjsko ljeto, was developed as part of the Palunko 7 scriptwriting workshop."
