A creative incubator for audiovisual arts and an active participant in social processes, Blank is open to all citizens, especially children and young people.

• Providing conditions for the production of films of all genres
• Developing interdisciplinary and intermedia artistic projects
• Creating and implementing multimedia projects that promote multiculturalism, tolerance, respect for diversity and human rights, as well as participation of children and youth in society
• Organizing and conducting multimedia projects in the field of non-formal education
• Organizing and implementing multimedia programs aimed at preventing unacceptable behavior among children and youth, especially violence and all forms of addiction
• Organizing and conducting film courses (beginner, advanced, and specialized levels) and participating in domestic and international festivals and showcases
• Promoting film and other forms of art
• Partner cooperation with civil society organizations, regional and local authorities, state institutions, the business sector, and other organizations and institutions
