Kino klub Split is a non-profit citizens' association that, since 1952, has been committed to the development of audiovisual culture and art. It provides spatial, technical, and production conditions for education, production, and presentation of cultural and artistic content. The club operates through three main areas: Education, Production, and Archive. Its program activities are designed based on contemporary trends and interdisciplinary educational methods in media, audiovisual, and film arts, relying on the professional experience and creativity of its leaders in organizing and implementing programs. The club is an open and flexible system, capable of quickly responding to the needs and demands of its members and the community, realizing programs and ideas aimed at improving work and developing participants’ knowledge, skills, critical thinking, and creativity. Free use of equipment and space is guaranteed, as well as autonomy and freedom of expression for every member.
