Photo Video Club "35mm" Križ is a non-profit organization active in the fields of photography, video, and film, with a strong focus on working with children and young people. The club has around ten members and runs educational activities, workshops, and projects, including the Summer School in Ivanić-Grad and the “Make Your Film!” workshop held in March and April 2025. The club is especially known for its participation in the Video League “My Film” and animation workshops in collaboration with FKVK Zaprešić. It regularly produces short films that win awards at national and international festivals. A standout example is the film Home, Sweet Home, which achieved notable international success in 2017: Best Film in the 11–15 age category at the FOCUS Children’s International Film Festival in Toronto (Canada), a Special Mention at the Týká se to také tebe festival in the Czech Republic, and a Special Prize Bester Jugendfilm at the Kurzfilmfestival in Berlin. The club actively documents local events and collaborates with the Municipality of Križ, local schools, and other associations. Through the production of promotional videos—such as for Cross Hill Run & Kriglfest—it helps members develop their skills and contributes to the community. In 2011, the club received the “Rudolf Perešin” award from the Technical Culture Association of Zagreb County.
