Pariticipants of Pack&Pitch workshop at this year’s Four River Film Festival are chosen!
Pack&Pitch competition, which was created by Four River Film Festival together with film program of Relativity School from Los Angeles received 18 different scenarios by young filmmakers from Croatia and bordering countries. Selection committee that consisted of editor and lecturer Jelena Modrić and film critic Stipe Radić chose following projects:
1. Dominik Čović: Bok! / Hi!
2. Lucija Majnarić: There is something wrong with Nick
3. Maja Košutić: Acquiring Freedom
4. Karlo Špoljar: Cicada 3301
5. Rudolf Ravbar: Fobija / Phobia
Relativity School from L.A. is one of the most valued film programs in America created with the close partnership with Hollywood studios. Our five best candidates got the chance to develop their film ideas with professional mentors from the School within Pack&Pitch workshop at this year’s Four River Film Festival. At the end of the workshop, five young filmmakers will present their ideas to all participants of the festival in the form of pitching. Author of the best pitch will win the award – departure to Los Angeles to the Relativity School workshop next year.
