From the life of Dalmatian fishermen: feature-length film Die Korallenprinzessin (1937)
The text presents the results of the research on the shooting and production of the not so well-known film Die Korallenprinzessin (Victor Janson, 1937), the first co-production of Yugoslavia and Germany, shot at exterior locations on the islands of Zlarin and in Drvenik near Šibenik, featuring Svetislav-Ivan Petrović, Hilde Sessak, Carlheinz Schroth, Ita Rina and Wilhelm König. The text shows the reports on the shooting and the premiere of the film published in the Split daily newspaper Novo doba and the Berlin Film-Kurier. Dejan Kosanović |
