Timon Returns

Vremeplov Programme and Homage to Zvonimir Berković and Zoran Tadić at 53rd Pula Film Festival

Essayistic review of the films presented in honour of the winners of Lifetime Achievements Awards, as well as the programme »Vremeplov« (Time Machine) which screens newly restored films from the holdings of the Croatian Film Archive. The review comments on the presented films by Zvonimir Berković (Premeditated Love LettersLjubavna pisma s predumišljajem), Zoran Tadić (The Man Who Liked Funerals — Čovjek koji je volio sprovode), as well as restored films by Branko Bauer (Don’t Look Back, My SonNe okreći se sine), Vatroslav Mimica (Kaja, I’ll Kill You! — Kaja, ubit ću te!), Fadil Hadžić (Three Hours to LoveTri sata za ljubav), Tomislav Radić (Timon) and Antun Vrdoljak (CyclopsKiklop).
