Delegation from Cinema Club Karlovac on TIMELINE FILM FESTIVAL 2015
This year's Timeline Film Festival in Carate Brianza near Milan in Italy was held from May 4 to 9, and guests from abroad arrived on Thursday May 7. The representatives of Cinema Club Karlovac Lucija Kocanjer, Denis Sanković, Hela Munčić and Emilio Zinaja visited Timeline Film Festival where they presented this year's Youth Film Festival and Four River Film Festival which is organized by Cinema Club Karlovac and Croatian Film Association.
In addition to the hosts from Italy, guests (along with representatives from Karlovac) were from Austria and Spain, and most shown films were from Italy, Germany and Spain. In a special screening called Best of the Best (Bob) that shows selected films from similar festivals, two winners from Karlovac were screened: Pseudoevolution - Brazilian animated film that won the Grand Prix last year in Karlovac and Anabell Lee - animated film by the Photo Video Club Zaprešić which last year won the award for best animated film.
All the guests were greeted by the mayor of Carate Brianza, and together with screenings ,Q&A with authors and socializing, a trip to Milan was also organized. 20th Youth Film Festival and 8th Four River Film Festival start in less than a month, when Kalrovac will host more than 150 young filmmakers and their mentors.
